Tourist package is the service which enables tourists and foreign citizens with permanent or temporary stay in Croatia to have a personal contact with the doctor, any time of day and night, and to ask for professional medical advice or help, which would be given in real time.

Any guest from your hotel would be able to make a contact with the doctor using the local telephone (in the hotel room, from the reception desk or info-desk in the camp/marina), by dialing - MyDoctor Call Centre on 0800 20 00 20 free of charge.

MyDoctor - Tourist package  would consist of the following:

• Call Centre is a medical counsel available 24 hours a day/365 days in a year. In the call centre, our general practitioners answer to queries through telephone, chat or e-mail. Also, they can consult with specialists from all medical fields. Our experience so far has demonstrated that the doctors at our call centre can positively solve over a third of acute conditions and more than half chronic conditions in exacerbation. The doctors at the call centre have an active knowledge of English language.
• The number of Call Centre 0800 20 00 20  is free of charge for our registered clients.
• Internet chat with the general practitioner in Call Centre is available 24 hours a day/365 days in a year. It is a one-on-one conversation, which is then coded and saved, so all the information is secret and confidential. For registered clients we offer the possibility of free and unlimited use of medical consultation.
• The use of healthcare portal is available at www.mojdoktor.hr webpage. It is supplied with numerous useful health related information for our registered users latest news from popular medicine on a daily basis. The portal offers and electronic magazine issued every two weeks, Zdravlje 4U, with abundance of educational articles from all medical fields, written by renowned experts.

MyDoctor - Tourist package can be broadened with additional healthcare services according to client's wishes or needs and according to objective medical parameters. Our goal is to provide our guest with the highest quality healthcare currently available in Croatia.

By calling our doctor at the call centre, the patient's condition and emergency level is defined and the guest-patient is then appointed, sent or transported to medical examination or care. The following services are available:

• National network of medical and dental service providers in the private sector is a carefully selected network with more than 20 contract-bound private hospitals, clinics and specialist clinic in major Croatian towns (Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, Dubrovnik, Pula.) The private practices in MojDoktor® network are contract-bound and must provide check-up in the shortest time possible (24-48 hours)
• Consulting of medical services after the specialist examination, test or medical intervention within our network of private healthcare institutions, we take up the obligation of regular telephone check-up of your health condition and patient's needs. The service is provided by our physicians on duty.
• Ambulance transport that takes a tourist-patient to any destination in Croatia and abroad with modern and fully equipped vehicles (with the doctor).

Registration and Forms of payment:
By emailing us on info@mojdoktor.hr you can apply for registration of the MojDoktor® - Tourist package. For each client is given a membership card with PIN-personal identification number and password. This is to ensure the safety of consultations and it serves as member identification when you are contacting our physicians.

The price of this service would be: 1 EUR (paid in local currency - kn) / per person / per day
