Website www.MyDoctor.com.hr (MyDoctor) is owned and operated by Global Health Consulting d.o.o. (GHC). GHC is a leading Croatian medical tourism fascilitator. Website MyDoctor provides information services regarding health care issues with such information being provided exclusively within Croatia. Through our partner Adriatica Net, leading Croatian tour operator, we also provide transportation, housing and related travel services. We do not provide health care and we do not provide any medical advice regarding the nature of health care treatment available in any location. It is up to each individual who uses the tools and services that we provide to conduct their own comprehensive due diligence of any health service, care giver, physician or any other medial professional, medical facility, or health service prior to using such services. You, as our user, must agree to hold us harmless and to indemnify us from any claim of any nature arising from your use of our tools, services or your use of any health care professional, service or facility that you learn about via our website. Our site provides information only and we do not independently investigate any claims made by any third party that advertises on our site or regarding any information for any third party that is published on or via our website.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
GHC provides the information and services on the www.MyDoctor.com.hr website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms and conditions of use ("Terms") contained herein. All visitors/users of this site must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or country of origin. All visitors/users who are not of legal age must immediately leave the website and desist from using any of the tools, functions, information provided in this site unless such visitor user is supervised by his/her parents or legal guardian, in which event, the parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for filtering any inappropriate content on this site.
MyDoctor may post rules, guidelines or policies in addition to those stated in this Agreement. Upon the posting of such new or additional materials, such terms and conditions will immediately form part of this Agreement and shall be deemed as automatically binding on the visitors/users.

4. COPYRIGTH AND OTHER RIGHTS
All original content provided within or via this site is protected by various Croatian and international copyright laws, patent laws, trademark regulations and laws, and various intellectual property laws and international treaties and agreements. Copying, reproduction, publication or broadcast of any protected content contained within or via this Site is strictly prohibited without the written permission of GHC. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of MyDoctor and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing MyDoctor's name or trademarks without the express written consent of GHC. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by GHC. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of MyDoctor so long as the link does not portray MyDoctor, its affiliates, or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any MyDoctor logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission. All trademarks presented on or via this site are owned by their respective owners and may not be used by the visitor/user in any way.

5. MEDICAL MISTAKE
The information on the site should not be used as a basis for diagnosis, choice of treatment or choice of medical practitioner. By operating this website, GHC cannot be deemed to be engaged in the practice of medicine, nor is the information herein presented intended to supplant medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner. This site is intended as a database only, which may enable its visitors/users to conduct their due diligence investigations and research into the health care and medical services providers mentioned herein. The visitor/user should not solicit or rely upon any representations or recommendations from any officers of GHC.
GHC is not to be held responsible for the damage caused by a medical mistake made by the listed doctors or any other mistake of the listed medical personnel.

MyDoctor’s can link you to other pages, and GHC exercises no control whatsoever over such other websites and web-based resources and is not responsible or liable for the availability thereof or the Content, advertising, products or other materials thereon. GHC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or suffered by any user in connection therewith. Your access and use of linked websites, including information, material, products and services therein, is solely at your own risk.

8. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to sell, resell, or offer for any commercial purposes, any portion of the MyDoctor website, use of the MyDoctor website, or access to the MyDoctor website.
 

9. CHOSEN LAW AND JURISDICTION
GHC will apply a material law of the Republic of Croatia to all the relations that emerged from the use of MyDoctor website, leaving out the provisions of the international private law. All the litigations caused by the use of MyDoctor website are under the Zagreb jurisdiction.
 

10. CHANGES OF CONTENT
GHC holds the rights to change the general terms of usage without previous notice. Every change will be published on the Internet address www.MyDoctor.com.hr and it will be applied from the moment it is published.
